Individual apps may include additional or separate terms, licence agreements, and store conditions. Those terms apply to the relevant app or purchase. These website terms do not replace mandatory consumer rights or applicable platform agreements.

You may use this website for lawful purposes, to learn about RiseSmart, access policies, and contact us. You must not misuse the website, try to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, distribute malicious code, or use contact channels for harassment, fraud, or unlawful content.
Information you provide should be accurate and limited to what is needed for your request. Do not submit another person’s private information unless you have authority to do so.
3. Content and intellectual property
The RiseSmart name, visual identity, website design, and original content belong to RiseSmart or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and keep copies of policies for personal reference. Other reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law.
Apple, App Store, Google, Google Play, Firebase, and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. References to them do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Illustrative design concepts on this website are not representations of a specific app’s available features.
4. Apps, purchases, and subscriptions
Availability, compatibility, features, pricing, trials, and purchase conditions for any RiseSmart app are described in that app and its official store listing. A website illustration or general studio description is not a promise that a particular app or feature is available.
If you purchase through Apple or Google Play, that store processes the payment and applies its terms. Where a subscription is offered, review its renewal terms before purchasing and manage cancellation through the relevant store. Removing an app or deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled under the store’s process and applicable law.
5. Support and communications
You can reach us at me@risesmart.ltd. Website forms prepare an email draft; they do not send a support ticket automatically. You must send the email from your chosen email service.
We aim to provide helpful support but do not promise a fixed response time or resolution for every issue. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of information stored on your device.
